"Lumina Atrium" is a thoughtfully designed semi-detached home in Nashik, Maharashtra for a family of five. Built to adapt as the family grows, the house features a new third story with modern materials like metal shingles and timber sun-shading louvers. The open atrium on the first floor visually connects all levels, while the layout separates public spaces (dining, lounge, pool), private bedrooms, and a versatile top-floor multipurpose zone. Privacy is ensured via glass-block screens diffusing light without compromising intimacy. The pitched roof enhances ventilation and houses a rock climbing wall. Blending flexibility with modern aesthetics, this 2017 project balances communal living and future-ready functionality.
